The hotel has external windows, making it worth paying a little extra for a front-facing room on the same floor we stayed on. The rooms were not of similar quality to the one we booked at another hotel. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. The location was perfect for exploring the old part of Hanoi by foot and accessing attractions in the area. The dining experience offered a variety of continental and local food choices, but we missed out on trying them due to our rushed schedule. The hotel facilities were well-organized, and the value for money was very good.
